Confidence Academy was founded by Tariro Gezi from a deep conviction that women can become more than the circumstances, expectations and limitations placed around them.
Her own journey of personal growth, business, leadership, visibility, motherhood, relationships, resilience and reinvention has shaped the philosophy behind the Academy.
Tariro believes that confidence is not simply something a woman possesses. It is something she develops through self-awareness, belief, courage, intentional action and repeated choices.
Through Confidence Academy, she is building a platform dedicated to developing women who know who they are, understand their purpose, lead with confidence and create meaningful impact.
